Joseph Farah Blasts Rick Warren for Obama Invocation

Joseph Farah skipped the nicey nice today and just said it like it is. It’s about time for some plain speech. In this open letter to Rick Warren, published at WorldnetDaily this morning, Farah holds nothing back about Rick Warren’s outrageous agreement to provide the invocation for Barack Obama.
John the Baptist didn’t whimper around about “praying for those in authority” like Rick Warren has, as cover for self-promotion and thinly veiled political ambition. John the Baptist rebuked King Herod for his adultery. Then again, he lost his head for it. There is no danger of Rick Warren losing his head for what he’s about to do. Three resounding cheers to Joseph Farah for publicly stating the obvious about Warren’s fawning sycophancy of Barack Obama. He begins his letter with this excellent sentence:
“I’m writing to share my profound and abject revulsion at your agreement to offer the invocation at the inauguration of Barack Hussein Obama as president Jan. 20.”
Mr. Farah, your revulsion is shared.
