In case you are wondering where it went, Richard Abanes has once again had the Crosstalk YouTube video pulled, falsely claiming copyright infringement. Our videos are produced by a law student who is well aware of Fair Use Law and what is legal. Due to the ongoing harassment of Mr. Abanes we are reluctantly going to have to put this in the hands of our attorneys tomorrow to deal with the situation. The video Abanes had pulled contains no video of himself, only the text of what he wrote and posted publicly on numerous blogs. This, friends, is the leading online apologist for Rick Warren who has called for a more “civil” discourse and an end to the “demonization” of opponents. This is some way to show it. We are still living in America, and our radio network is not going to give up our legal right to post videos on public sites because of men like Abanes or anyone else.
